Boston Bhangra is a non-profit organization based in Boston, MA. The organization was started in 2000 and has been growing steadily since. It consists of young professionals who come from all over the world, as well as college and graduate students. Boston Bhangra receives support and membership from Harvard, MIT, Northeastern, Tufts, Boston University and many other universities.
Boston Bhangra is heavily involved in local community service, expanding cultural awareness, and holding youth conferences and activities. Currently Boston Bhangra is developing many new programs to assist youths in understanding cultural difference and helping them attain the mentorship and the tools needed to succeed today. We specifically focus on individuals that come from underprivileged/low/moderate level households that require more help for their children
It is an exciting time in our organization, and we look forward to involving the community in many of our forthcoming events.
